Colleges and universities across the US develop reading programs for their campus community or their incoming freshmen. These books, selected by faculty, students, and administrators, are intended as a shared central theme of reference to stimulate discussion and exchange among campus community members. This year many schools chose books that focus on social justice themes of structural racism, sexuality, and immigration. MTC Library has compiled a collection of some of the most popular titles read by campus communities and incoming freshmen from colleges and universities across the US.
